Together, We Can Make a Difference

The 2024 hurricane season has left a devastating impact on the people of the southeastern United States. In North Carolina, flood waters have ravaged homes, destroyed neighborhoods, and left millions without electricity. Many people and families lack basic necessities.

We will be accepting toiletries and food donations from 10/10 – 10/31 and shipping these to the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina.

Colorado Gives Back

At Red Rocks Credit Union, and in our community, we strive to give back however we can. In an effort to support those affected, we will be collecting donations at our Town Center branch:

Please drop off your donations during our regular lobby hours. We'll be accepting essentials that are easy to store, distribute, and meet immediate needs of those impacted by the hurricane.

Food Items

  • Canned Goods: meat, soup, vegetables (with pop-off lids only, not requiring a can opener)
  • Rice, Pasta, Instant Noodles
  • Granola and Protein Bars
  • Cereal and Oatmeal
  • Instant Coffee, Tea Bags, Juice Boxes
  • Bottled Water

 

Toiletry Items

  • Toothbrushes & Toothpaste
  • Deodorant
  • Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash
  • Feminine Hygiene Products
  • Hand Sanitizer and Wet Wipes
  • First Aid Items 
  • Baby & Toddler Formula and Food (no glass)
  • Diapers of All Sizes and Baby Wipes
